Great apartment - perfectly suited to our short stay in Paris. Great location. Service was very easy to deal with and we were met by our very charming greeter, right on time.

Myself and seven friends rented this flat for a long weekend in March 2014 and it was absolutely perfect for us. The flat itself is very light, spacious and immaculately looked after. It has everything you would need during your stay including all kitchen equipment, dishwasher, washing machine etc. and with four double beds was easily big enough for the eight of us to comfortably stay.

Our greeter at the start of the visit was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and could use all the appliances and at the end of our stay the check-out was stress free and we got our security deposit back before we left. The flat is in a great location just outside the Châtelet Les Halles metro station and most of the major sites are within walking distance. The area is vibrant with plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and because the flat is on the top floor there was no trouble with noise at night. I would thoroughly recommend renting this flat for anyone visiting Paris and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to the city.

Appartamento bellissimo perfettamente corrispondente a quanto visibile sul sito. Accoglienza precisa e puntuale - eravamo in 8 (di cui 3 ragazze di 12 anni) e, sinceramente vorremmo tanto tornarci ancora.

The apartment was clean lovely. Location is ideal for visits to the Louvre and other Paris attractions since it’s at the footsteps of Les Halles. 5 Flights of stairs was a bit of a challenge after a day of sightseeing but the extra space afforded by an apartment vs. a hotel was well worth the effort. Check in and check out was easy. Responsiveness of the team was great. Would recommend the apartment and the Paris experience.

L'appartamento è molto carino, luminoso e tranquillo.

Beautiful apartment in superb location. Very comfortable beds and sofas. Perfect for 8 people. Lots of stairs and no A/C but great fans and cross breezes. Friendly cafes a few steps from the door.

Great central location, large enough for 2 families. We rented this apartment for 2 families with 2 teens in each (total of 4 adults and 4 youth). The accommodations were perfect for our needs. There are 3 bedrooms in the back of the unit, and a large loft area above the kitchen in the front. The loft may not be for everyone—it is reached by a fairly steep ladder and the room has a fabric "wall" on one side, but it was the first choice for the 2 teen boys in our group. The loft is like a luxury tent, with a TV, bookshelves and a skylight (plus it's close to the kitchen—bonus). The kitchen is bright and open with everything a family would need to make breakfast (toaster), tea (electric teapot), coffee (Nespresso), lunch and dinner. Though the master bedroom is the smallest, it's size is due to the roomy attached shower/sink room. There is another large bathroom with tub/shower and dual sink for the rest of the house to use. In addition, there are 2 small toilet rooms with 1 sink each off the hallway. Definitely more than enough sinks, baths and W.C.s for 8 people. The living/dining area is a light and open great room featuring a small work desk, a large oval table for 6 and 4 for seats at the bar, a comfortable modular couch, 2 additional leather chairs by the windows and a big flat screen TV with an attached PS gaming unit.

The location of this apartment is very central, mere steps from Les Halles and Chatelet metros. This is a bustling area, though, so if one is looking for a quiet area of Paris, this is not it. There are a lot of stores, bakeries, restaurants, bars, pubs and jazz clubs right around any corner. The apartment, however, is very quiet. The good news is It is on the 5th floor, so it is easy to shut out any noise that may be happening outside. The bad news is, it is on the 5th floor, and does not have an elevator. If you are a person who maxes out the luggage weight requirement for flying, you may be second guessing your packing choice as you attempt to lug your dead-weight baggage up the 100 steps (yes, we counted) to the apartment's floor. If you stay for a week or more, this is not much of an issue — you only will have to do this once. Luckily, the laden trek down is much easier.

Our greeter Adam was very friendly and helpful. He demystified the European appliances—like the 4 hour washing machine (don't ever put it on that setting) and the dryer that has a water tank that needs to be emptied. I must have missed the part about the induction stove, though, as we could not figure out how to get the thing to fire up. I am sure he covered it, he was very thorough, but I still must have been puzzling about a water tank being in the dryer when he did. Luckily Adam left us a binder with contact numbers. When we called, someone in his office immediately picked up and had the answer to our problem. Dinner was on! After our stay, Adam asked us what we would change about the place. He genuinely wanted to know. He said they take suggestions seriously, and implement them whenever possible. He shared that the apartment used to have just one W.C., but renters suggested another was needed, and loo and behold (pun intended), they put in a second. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and look forward to renting this apartment again on our next trip to Paris. We may, however, wish lengthen our stay—while lightening our packing.

***** 5 Stars for accommodations and staff! Thanks, Adam.
