Property Description

This splendid 200 square meters apartment is the perfect spot for a dream-like stay in Paris. Fully furnished in the most exquisite style, the many spacious rooms offer a great view on a private flowered garden. The entire place is an invitation to calm, comfort and luxury.

The spacious entrance, with its high ceiling (4.2 meters or 13 feet) marks the beginning of a journey in time and throughout the many decorating styles that have nourished and shaped France. Antiques, masterpieces, ancient photographs can be admired everywhere in the many rooms of the apartment.

The rotunda living-room is lightened and enlightened by a spectacular 18th century crystal chandelier and opens on the garden - what better way to relax after a day spent shopping or visiting! Find yourself a comfortable spot on one of the three soft couches and enjoy.
The room also opens on the dining room, this time in a more Art Deco spirit, graciously mixing with an oriental touch so typical of the Thirties. As soon as the first ray of sun appears, the entire room lights up thanks to the high French window and the birds start singing. And yet, you're in Paris! This isn't a dream but a perfectly hidden paradise in the heart of the city, just a couple of steps away from the famous Grands Magasins and Montmartre.

The open kitchen is fully equipped for romantic dinners and typical French breakfasts!

The first double bedroom, with a private ensuite bathroom - perfect for children or teenagers - is located just above the kitchen. They will have at their disposal a TV, a desk and an office area.

Adjoining is the main bedroom, which also offers a great view on the garden. You will love the romantic atmosphere that will bring you back to the end of the nineteenth century and its mysterious dîners mondains, but also the spacious dressing room and office area.
After the dressing room is the entrance to the bathroom, with a large bathtub for great relaxing moments at candlelight.

The third bedroom has just been renovated. It is equipped with a double bed. The main atmosphere is powder pink and gold, with a wonderful Murano chandelier. There is also an ensuite bathroom.

The dynamic, baroque office is perfect for working undisturbed or for your Parisian professional meetings.

The garden is perfect rather for enjoying the sun - you will find parasols, deck chairs, a table and chairs. Just sit back and relax!

Twice a week, a laundry man is coming to take care of your clothes.

The apartment is available for rent for movie, advertising or photo shootings.

Area Description

The apartment is ideally located between Opéra and La Butte Montmarte, in the lively neighborhood of Faubourg Poissonnière.
Just outside the apartment and in the parallel streets, you will find many typical Parisian shops, restaurants and cafés. The famous Grands Boulevards and its showrooms are right next door: what's more Parisian than the Folies Bergères? Or maybe the Grand Rex: it has been classified as a historical monument and offers great tours to discover what happens behind the scenes of a cinema (special effects and tricks). The famous Musée Grévin and its wax reproductions of celebrities is also just around the corner.

Take the time to stroll around and discover the Joffroy, Verdeau or Panoramas covered walkways. These ancestors of our malls were quite the spot at the nineteenth century! They are full of small fancy shops, second-hand bookshops and salons de thé. You can then go hunt for some great bargains in the junk shops and antiquarians!
And, last but not least, les Grands Magasins (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps) and the Butte Montmartre are just 10 minutes away.

The apartment is very spacious with very high ceilings. Its private garden right in the middle of the city is a big plus. It is also pleasantly quiet. Communication with the owner Elisabeth was easy. She responded quickly and made sure our stay went well. The arrival and departure went smoothly.

I stayed at Veronique's place for a week. The pictures don t do the place justice. Its beautiful, very unique, extremely quiet and very spacious. The communication was easy and pleasant. She welcomed us with a bottle of champaign, very sweet touch. The place is really 3 bedrooms plus two living rooms, one can easily turn into a 4th bedroom. The garden is beautiful and well taken care of. Everything worked. I would defiantly stay there again.

We truly enjoyed our 10 day stay in this beautiful (!) and well appointed residence. Our hostess greated us with a bottle of champagne and went over and above to make our stay comfortable and memorable. She graciously provided tips and advice and helped with reservations and helped when we needed some medical support. The garden is beautiful and was a welcome outdoor space for breakfasts and evenings. The neighborhood is vibrant with many street cafes / eats , and as the apartment is in the back across a courtyard, it is quiet. Connection to public transportation is easy as two metro stations are within 5 mins walking distance. We stayed there with 7 people which was a bit of a stretch as the upstairs bedroom over the kitchen is more like a studio. We had a wonderful and memorable time and can wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful Parisian residence!

The place was superb. Lovingly decorated and the host Elizabeth was friendly, easy and very accommodating. Her friend was also super helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Veronique was also extremely helpful with all the communication before our stay. She was very patient with all my questions.
