Be My Flat is simple and secure online direct-booking platform for apartments and villas.
How do I book an apartment?
Enter your destination, your check-in and check-out dates and the total number of guests and click SEARCH. Choose your perfect apartment with the SEARCH OPTIONS or use the MAP feature. Once you are ready, click BOOK NOW to reserve!
Can I make a Last Minute booking?
Yes!
If the apartment is available but you do not have the option to BOOK NOW, contact us right away to be able to make your booking.
What happens during the check-in and check-out?
For your check-in, you will be met by your host when you arrive at your apartment. They will give you the keys and show you each room, taking time to explain everything that you should need to know. Feel free to ask your host any questions that you may have! The times for the check-in and check-out are shown on the Rules Of Use section on each property page.
For your check-out, the apartment will be inspected to make sure everything is in order and the keys will be returned to your host.
Do you provide private transport from the airport / train stations?

Can I stay longer in my apartment?

There are no hidden costs with Be My Flat. Any fees applicable are shown on the "Rules Of Use" section on each property page or in the "Terms and Conditions" of Be My Flat.

Is internet included?
Yes, internet is always included in the cost of the rent if you see “High-speed Internet” or “WiFi” on the Amenities section on the property page, unless specifically stated otherwise.
What happens if I cancel?

Should I book an insurance?
